dc.description.abstractThe growth of Skeletonema costatum used as the food organism for shrimpwas studied under controlled conditions.Clonal culture were maintained inan enriched seawater medium,and the effects of temperature,illuminance andsalinity,and the interaction of temperature-illuminance and temperature-salinityon the exponential cell division rates of the alga were investigated.Theresults show that temperature,illuminance,salinity,temperature-illuminanceinteraction and temperature-salinity interaction all significantly affected thegrowth rate of the alga.For the two clones of S.costatum studied,the optimumtemperature range was 20~30℃,the optimum salinity range was 15~30 ppt,and the saturation illuminance was 5,000 lux.本研究探討溫度、光照度與鹽度,以及溫度—光照度交互作用及溫度—鹽度交互作用對骨藻生長率之影響。結果顯示溫度、光照度、鹽度,溫度—光照度交互作用及溫度—鹽度交互作用皆顯著影響骨藻之生長率;其中以光照度之影響最大。骨藻生長之適溫範圍為20~30℃,適鹽範圍為15~30ppt,飽和光照度為5,000 lux。en_US
