dc.description.abstract	本研究針對無縫運輸服務轉乘時所需考量的空間縫隙、時間縫隙、資訊縫隙、服務縫隙進行轉乘指標的探討，整合相關文獻後，歸納出各大項縫隙的衡量指標，另外再加入一些影響無縫程度的因素，並針對公共運輸的使用者進行問卷調查，探討使用者對於各項指標所認為的重要性及目前使用下的滿意度，最後分析問卷調查的結果，並給予改善之建議。	zh
