Governments have devoted great courtesy to the governance conflicting and volatility in a natural resource management structure; however, dealing with this problematic issue is rough. This study seeks to appraise a natural resource management model and its interrelationship under governance conflict in Vietnam. A hybrid of content analysis, fuzzy Delphi method, interpretive structural modeling, and fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory is adopted. The results show that there are 22 valid criteria and grouped into five aspects as the hierarchical model, in which the political structure, societal incorporation, and institute externality are the causing aspects. The top importance criteria are indicated as co-management, decentralization, public participation, resilience, and sustainable development, bring such implication for natural resource management practice. |
