| dc.description.abstract | 人工智慧技術的成熟將對許多產業產生變革，對於未來將從事觀光產業的學生而言，如何應用AI技術進行創新服務將是未來服務產業的重要能力。本計畫將建構人機協同合作的教學場域，課程目標除了讓學生理解行銷學理論與消費者行為分析架構外，並藉由人機協同教學與本計畫所開發的數位課程讓學生學習如何應用AI的技術進行服務行銷的創新，包含應用AI技術來分析消費者行為，並應用AI技術來進行服務創新提升消費者的滿意度。 | en_US |
