Novel composite materials, MSN@Fucoidan, MSN@Agar, and MSN@Ulvan, were synthesized and characterized for their anti-tyrosinase, moisturizing, antioxidant, and anti-collagenase activities. Thermogravimetric analysis revealed high loading capacities of these polysaccharides into MSN, as well as MSN into agar. In vitro experiments demonstrated the biocompatibility of the materials and their ability to inhibit melanin production while promoting collagen synthesis. Among them, MSN@Agar exhibited the most promising results, suggesting the potential of these composite materials for skincare formulations. This study highlights the significance of natural biopolymers and nanotechnology in developing effective and safe cosmetics targeting skin health. |
