電機資訊學院設有電機工程學系、資訊工程學系、通訊與導航工程學系、以及光電科學研究所，同時成立電子商務學程、光電物理學程、軟體工程學程、太陽光電暨海洋能源學程、RFID資訊應用與安全學程、海事遠距醫療學程、電資國際學程、3D多媒體學程、通訊系統學程等九個學分學程及成立電資醫學研究中心、海洋監測系統科技研究中心及綠能與光電研究中心三個院級研究中心。整合開設跨系所共通課程及共同實驗室，推動IEET工程認證，加強國際化及跨領域產學合作。
