標題: | 運用樂高機器人組件進行生產物流系統模擬之教學研究 | 作者: | 鍾武勳 | 公開日期: | 八月-2018 | 出版社: | 教育部 | 摘要: | 在國內外許多管理科學相關科系領域裡,研究重點與教學核心很大一部份圍繞著系統的設計規劃、運作控制、改善與分析等範疇,例如物流配送系統、生產製造系統等。傳統上在教授此類系統設計規劃相關課程時,由於物理條件及財務上的限制,主要授課方式以課堂原理講授輔以專業模擬軟體操作進行,難以像一般理工課程進行小規模的實體操作實作。然而軟體模擬分析全程在電腦上進行,有很大的侷限性。此外,學生無法透過實體系統的接觸操作,理解實體系統與虛擬系統的差異,缺乏動手做與學的學習興趣,影響學習成效。本教學研究將導入樂高LEGO機器人系統於教學過程中,提供學生親手設計建構實體的迷你系統的實作機會,藉此過程深化學習系統設計、規劃、改善與分析,培養解決系統實務問題之基礎能力。教學設計將運用問題導向學習(PBL)以及行動智慧教學之工具方法,增進課堂討論互動,激發學習興趣,以改善學習成效。教學過程將全程錄影,並以不記名問卷方式實施教學評量調查。最終分析所得數據資料,除用以發掘教學問題,供教學改進參考外,將進一步檢驗LEGO機器人應用於系統模擬教學之可用性與教學改進成效。在此基礎之上,發展適用於國內相關課程教學使用之基礎教學模版,供未來推廣使用。 In the field of management science, one of the core research and teaching topics is about system design, planning, control, improvement and analysis, such as logistic distribution system, manufacturing system, etc. Traditionally, the relevant courses are taught by lecture and professional simulation software. Because of physical and financial limitation, it is difficult to run a real system for a teaching purpose. In addition, due to the lack of a physical system for teaching, students cannot learn by doing and truly experience the difference between a physical system and virtual one. This decreases the learning effectiveness and efficiency. This study will apply LEGO robotics systems on the teaching of system simulation, providing a physical platform for learning practice. Through learning by LEGO robotics, students can learn system design, planning, improving, and analysis effectively and cultivate the skills to solve real system problems. The techniques of problem-based learning (PBL) and smart teaching will be used to improve the class interactions and learning effectiveness. The teaching process in the class will be taped for teaching and learning analysis. The class evaluation will be performed by an online survey also for the same purpose. Based on the study, a teaching and learning role model will be developed for similar courses in other universities nationwide. |
