Language Education Division of Gereral Education Center which was founded in August 2013 offers bachlor's degree courses of Freshman Chinese literature and second foreign languages including Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian, Spainish, French and German to date. Language Education Division aims to facilitate the progress in Chinese reading and writing, the appreciation of Chinese literature and the proficiency of second foreign languages for NTOU students.
