Description

Abstract
"本計畫之目標是利用分子適合體(aptamer)修飾的微奈米粒子(nanodots)偵測 與追蹤腫瘤細胞內蛋白質變化。分子適合體修飾的微奈米粒子後作為腫瘤蛋白質的研 究。計畫將著重於:(1) 合成與修飾多功能微奈米粒子; (2) 分子適合體之微奈米粒 子應用於檢測腫瘤蛋白與研究端粒脢酵素;(3) 分子適合體之微奈米粒子於抗凝血藥 物研究。" "The goal of this proposal is synthesis of highly luminescent nonodots and preparation of aptamer conjugated nanodots for detection of tumor markers and tumor-cells imaging. The aptamers conjugated nanodots will be applied to obtain molecular profiles of tumor cells. Our proposed research will capitalize on: (1) Synthesis and modification of multifunctional nanodot materials; (2) Application of aptamer modified nanodots to detect tumor markers, and to investigate the activity of telomerease; (3) Study of aptamer modified nanodots in anticoagulation therapy."
