Description

Abstract
海藻酸鹽寡糖(AOS)具有顯著的生理及生物活性,包括免疫調節、抗氧化、抗高血壓、抗糖尿病、抗腫瘤、抗凝血、抗菌、益生元和植物生長促進活性,在醫藥領域具有廣泛應用的巨大潛力。海藻酸鹽裂解酶(Aly)可降解海藻酸鹽產生AOS,然而AOS的量產仍受限於缺乏便宜與具優異特性的Aly,且台灣對於Aly的研究仍非常少。本計畫的目的是優化生產3種重組Aly的條件並探討3種Aly的酵素特性、產物組成分析及酵素動力學。藉由同時使用2或3種過量表現之重組Aly降解海藻酸鹽以生產AOS,進而降低AOS的生產成本,最終能增加AOS在各方面的應用。
