Data were collected via a questionnaire survey sent to 800 high-tech manufacturing SMEs in Taiwan. The statistical results show that some TOE factors influencing ISSP effectiveness. The implications of the findings for Information System (IS) practice are discussed. Moreover, this study provides a valuable reference for business managers conducting ISSP exercises and for researchers interested in ISSP.
