Abstract:
In this paper the concordance analysis method is applied to evaluate the candidate alternatives of operational organization types. To avoid the complex process in estimating the weight of sensitivity analysis and considering decision-makers' opinions in the fuzzy sense, this research develops a fuzzy concordance analysis method to choose the most suitable operational organization type. Tao-Yuan's rapid transit system is an example for studying the outranking relationships among operational organization types. The results are of primary importance in providing decision makers with a good reference under complex and uncertain circumstances.
