Abstract:
This study contributes to investigating the interrelationships among circular supply chain strategy (CSCY) attributes in Industry 4.0 (I4.0), and it provides practical implications for the canned food industry. Prior studies are inadequate in determining CSCY attributes in I4.0 with a thorough viewpoint under qualitative information. To fill this gap, this study aims to determine the crucial CSCY attributes in I4.0 together with their interrelationships. A hybrid method including text mining, cluster analysis, the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM), the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (FDEMATEL), and the analytical network process (ANP) is utilized. Five aspects and 25 criteria from the original set of attributes are validated. In the results, the causal group consists of circular production strategy and technological advancement, while the effect group includes waste circulation, a circular product-service system (PSS), and circular integration. The critical criteria cover cleaner production, resource efficiency, the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics applications, and industrial symbiosis.
